I inherited one of the small side diamonds from my mother’s engagement ring  and my father had a basic ring made up for each of my sisters and I after she passed away.
The ring had lain dormant in my jewellery box for 18 years and after an unsuccessful attempt at making it into another ring and being extremely disappointed, I took my ring into Libby and explained my predicament.
She was extremely professional and empathetic and respectful of the emotion behind the diamond I inherited.
She encouraged me to come up with the design myself and then refined the design giving it the “wow” factor.
I was informed throughout the process and given real timelines along the way.
I love the way Mum’s diamond is set amongst little black diamonds which to my absolute surprise and delight sparkle just as much as white diamonds do.
It is lovely to have a reminder of Mum on my finger and I would definitely recommend Libby for her great service, quality and unique design.- Rayma

Designing a ring with Libby online was great fun and a real pleasure. Starting with a family stone, we passed ideas, photos and inspiration over email to create a design that fitted the aesthetic we wanted and highlighting the beautiful aquamarine. Based on these, Libby was able to bring together a couple of mocked up designs and suggestions for me to consider that fitted the brief perfectly.
